Sharing experience and market strategy with the Shikoku Economic Federation

The Shikoku Economic Federation hosted a seminar to investigate and research Malaysia's industrial economy and growth opportunities, focusing on the IT and Fintech sectors, on May 13, 2024.

The seminar brought together industry leaders from Shikoku, Japan, including representatives from the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ), Mitsui, and Kagawa University. In conjunction with the seminar, Snappymob was invited to share its experiences as a leader in Malaysia's IT/Fintech service provider space.

Allen Ding, Snappymob's CEO, delivered an in-depth presentation covering the history and setbacks of nurturing and growing an IT service company.

The presentation focused on strategies for overcoming growth challenges in the IT services sector, particularly on breaking down barriers within industries like finance and fintech, and fostering trust in long-term customer relationships.

It explored the trajectory of the IT services industry in Malaysia and the broader ASEAN region, as well as the future outlook of the space.
